3. Trading Losses

4. Erroneous Transactions

In the event of a technical error where funds were deducted but not credited, or a deposit failed to reflect due to gateway desynchronization, users must contact support with a valid transaction hash/receipt. We will investigate and manually credit the account if the error is verified.
